Ok. I'm mainly looking for mass gains, but strength gains wouldn't hurt
My "routine" is basically the 5x5 with a few modifications.
I noticed the 5x5 routine doesn't have decline press. Is it not needed?
1)
squat 5x5
bench 5x5 flat
tricep pushdown 10x3
dips 10x3
rows 5x5
2)
squat 5x5
military press 5x5
deadlift 5x5
pull up 10x3
hammer curl 5x5
3)
squat 5x5
bench 5x5 incline
? bench 5x5 decline ?
shrugs 10x3
lat pull 10x3
Any advice or info will be greatly appreciated
