This is a great vitamin pack and I've been using it for a couple of years now. There are some cheaper options like ISS Research Super Vitamin Pak but Beverly Internationals is more complete and covers all your bases. Also if your chugging down large meals the digestive enzymes will help quite a bit.

That being said I am sure certain aspects of these packs are overkill, but after seeing how much money people waste on questionable supplements I could never figure out why they skimp on multivitamins.
