Default 2 body parts a week / 5 days

Hi everyone,

I know theres many good workout routines but i'm looking for opinions and suggestions from the experienced bodybuilders on this forum. Please post up your routine which has best worked for you..I would like to hit each body part twice a week, 5 day weeks..or even 6 days.
