Yes I have felt like that before and I will probably feel like that again one day but something to remember:


Progress takes TIME! - ALot of it!

In the end though, you will be rewarded with looking good and beings leaner/bigger/stronger/faster (whatever your goal is) then you ever were before.

What also keeps me going is that I go to a university gym and twice a year there is a wave of "newbs." In fall they come in with high hopes and dreams of getting "so cut!" So they run and they do crunches and they do bicep curls until they are blue in the face... for 2 weeks. lol

Then again the New Year resolution crew shows up determined to lose that pesky 5-50lbs that they don't want hanging around anymore. So they run and they do crunches and they use the elliptical until they are blue in the face....for 2 weeks.

Are you seeing a trend? I am. haha I've seen it 3 years in a row now.

Anyways, all I'm saying is if you stick with it you'll be rewarded and if you drop it now, all the effort you put in is lost.
