Just landed at my parents house. Feels good to be home and in the old neighbourhood.
The gym is right around the corner from here so I have no excuse not to hit it up tomorrow and Monday.
I have a wedding to go to for the weekend , so my diet is not going to be on point Sat/Sun , but I'll get over it ,LOL. Now I'm off to the grocery store because like everyone elses parents here , they eat like crap ! Need to stock up on some good stuff.

BTW - I'm sore as fack from yesterdays workout , so the next two workouts will be nice and light -
