Check out the threads on "Starting Strength", and do a google search on it..
I ordered the book, as well..
I do both cardio AND weights..
30 minutes low intensity, then another 30-40 lifting weights..
High intensity cardio on my days off (I workout every other day), too, if I'm up for it..
Remember to eat a meal before AND immediately after your workout!
That's where I went wrong..
