See, I dunno about that..

I was going to do that, but then I'm thinking:

"as long as I have to spend 10 minutes on the treadmill anyways to get my muscles warmed up, what's another 20 minutes?".

As long as it's sufficiently low intensity I can't see how it could hurt your lifting, and it certainly helps, I think..

It gets your body warmed up, which helps prevent injury, and it gets your body past that 20 minute mark where your body starts burning fat..

Whatever you do after that is gravy, figuratively speaking..

But what do I know? LOL
