i feel you on that 100 percent. but you need to give yourself some time to rest. when you lift you need a balance of diet, routine and rest. rest is just as or if not more important than lifting itself.
so there are other thingss you can do at the gym that wont keep you sitting on the couch. use your off days for some good stretching, light weight cardio, playing basketball, swimming, all that good shit. thats stuff that is a workout or something that would keep you off the couch that aint to stressfull on your body.
