You implied it. You said what you said. It's right their in black and white. Instead of getting uppity and claiming you didn't say what you clearly said..CLARIFY what you meant.

Then you wen't on to talk about how crunches won't spot reduce in the same paragraph. You couple that together and, sorry, but it looks like you are saying that crunches are for "core work" but don't spot reduce.
