Women are generally supposed to carry a little more bodyfat than men. So yes, there's differences there.

But when it comes to 'ideal' bodyweight for height, age, and gender, the term 'ideal' is relative.

Ideal for me, based on my own standards, is about 8-10 pounds heavier than what I am. But society's 'ideal' for me is about 20 pounds lighter.

Are you just looking for an assessment as to whether your weight is all right for you??
