ME Squat Day

GMs were up for ME today,man what a bitch of an exercise!! form was better tho so thats good.Well it was better up to 105kg then it sucked again!! I just cant do them that heavy properly.Moved to zercher squats next, these are tough.Really work the core nicely not to mention the bis!! finished with some super highrep extensions and 4 sets of abs.

ME Squat Day 15/9/08
GMs 2x2 100kg 2x1 105kg
Zercher Squats 4-5 sets x3 up to 80kg
Rev Crunches 4x10 BW+7.5kg
Extensions 3x25 BW

Sooooooooooooo sore today!!

Side note Im going to try GMs of pins for max effort from now on and do regulars as a supp exercise.I think I can get more weight up but I lose form on the way down which puts me in a shit position to begin locking out the weight on the way up.
