the way i have seen everybody doing it is take 5000iu the week after your last susta. shot then for the folowing 3 weeks you should get 3000 iu once a week then drop it to 1500iu. with your second hcg shot it is good to take clomid or nolvadex one tablet/day and continue it for 10 days after your last HCG shot.
