Decline Bench 3x3 @ 335 ( I started off with 350 and only got 3 reps , so I needed to drop it down so that I could get all sets - Few things , My diet has been sheaty ! Different gym with different equipment , different angles. Maybe I could have gotten 3x3 with 350 - But next week I will forsure - I'll be back in my home gym !! )
DB bench press - 3x8 with 90's ( this felt good , shoulders are a bit tight so I think it's time for a nice deep tissue massage)
DB side raises 3x10 with 30's
Machine Tricep pushdowns 3x10 with 45 and 25lb plates
Crunches - to end the workout.
Next week will be better.
