I know this is an old post but after I took sustanon 250 for 10 weeks I took 1st hcg 3000iu and every fourth day 1500iu I did four shots total and I was great after I continued nolva ... and after sus u should wait 3 weeks after last injection some say 4 I actually had to wait four cause I didn't have the hcg yet but 3 wouldve been better....... advise for next time
