Leg extensions - 1 set
My hips are worn out. I warmed up for squats...I did small sets from 55-285lbs & just cut the warm up short. My hips felt shot. They didn't feel injured, just very tired. They're sore (fatigue + DOMS, I think) in the front & sides very near the surface...so it's the flexors and abductors. Unilateral hyper extensions are fun. I will be sore tomorrow.
