Gluteham Raise: BW x 5, 10 x 5, 20 x 5, 30 x 5

Reverse Hypers: 70 x 8, 120 x 8, 150 x 8
supersetted w/
Standing Abs Pulldowns: 70 lbs x (5 x 10)
- Didn't use any support on my backside, so it made these a lot harder.
