It's pretty hard to guess with all of the variables factored in, for sure. I'm trying to look at how much I eat vs. how much my weight changes and going from there. Now all I need is a normal, constant week
Once more with the weird stuff, I've somehow magically gotten back up to 170. The past two days were pretty full of food, but even before that the weight was up. It's been constant the past few days so it isn't just some fluke variable, and I know I didn't eat 3-4lbs worth of excess food. We'll see
