Sept 19th
Box Squat 3x3 @ 435 ( This was heavy - I nailed the first 3 , then I wrapped my knees for the second set and got all 3 , so I did my final set without wraps and got 2 1/2 - Was caught on the 3. I wish I had my camera with me today , because I feel like my form was out a bit and could use some reveiw - oh well , next time )
Front Squat 3x8 with 135 - I started off with 185 because last week I did 135. But I was dead after the box squat , and I could tell I would get them with good form
Pull Thru 3x10 with 130 .
Good workout , I can feel them growing !!
