Muscles are soreeee, should i do my 5x5?
Joined the gym again after about 6 months off, started rippetoes program (I know this way probly stupid first time back in the gym but im inpatient) Later that day started to feel it and in the morning I could hardly walk or lift my arms, and today its been just as bad if not worse can hardly turn the steering wheel in my car.
Had 3 baths, stretched, eaten loads of protein and been resting quite a bit.
need to go back to the gym tommorow should I go if its slightly better or should I just rest and start again when im better?
and when i get futher into rippetoes am i supposed to train even if im really aching?
