Oh, I wasn't sure either, Ross. I'm really just wondering if I'm the only one who see's this as two different things..
Even given that, whatever keeps the hips open is going to allow for a better position.
It is no surprise to me that the position people find the most "comfortable" is often the "easiest". That doesn't mean it is the best for the long run.
