And i'm an idoit ... again
ok, so I've been doing well with my cutting diet, slowly but surely taking off little by little. as of last friday I was 225 and feeling dam good. I've actually managed to gain a little bit of strength too, so I was feeling dam good about my dedication and my success thus far.
Then there was myrtle beach. As of this morning I am back at 230, and feeling bloated and fat ... I need some motivation guys ... yell at me, kick my ass ... i'm an idiot.
