The squats looked pretty good. You're just going to have to keep trying to get as low as possible while maintaining that back position as eric said. Some stretching on off days will help too. You won't get the depth you want right away but with time and practice, it will come.
Bench looked fine to me. Good work.
Deads: It seemed as though you were trying to get most of your ROM out of your bending at the hips. I would reccomend to get squatted down more with your knees so you're not so bent over to begin with. This will help the back rounding. Also, the standard size plates woudl be a big help too.
Press: I would try to go with a wider grip. My grip for press is slightly wider than my bench grip. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
Overall, you're lookin real good to start out with.
