You're only concerned with working on speed. You never want to lower the weight since that would defeat the purpose of training to lift the heaviest possible weight. DE days are about being consistant working in percentages. Of course the actual percentages are case by case, but once you're using, say 50% of your 1 RM, then that's what you're using. If you're using bands, I'd start lower at 45%.

Dynamic days are three week waves where you're increasing the weight on the bar in increments. Keep in mind it's only starting with 45-50%! I cannot see going lighter than that lol.
