The lower % is more accurate. jk

The caliper should be more accurate if you know what you're doing. It will also depend on how many areas you measure. Don't exercise right before...etc, etc.

If the BIA machine thing is a crappy one, then you might get weird numbers. Also, body fluid levels can significantly influence your results. I had a home scale with the BIA function & it sucked.
