You can definitely get that big, even bigger in time. I know of guys that have weighed about 100-120, and now weigh in the 250-lb range!

To answer your question, you're really going to have to eat well, and to get about 1 gram of protein per lb of weight. For you, that'd be about 100 grams. That, and you should do compound exercises. And sleep enough-about 8 hours, or more, if you can.
