In the program he says if your feeling good go for a rep max on the last set so i did so..

Never done these,they felt pretty damn good.

DB Rows
100x8x2
110x8x2

BB Curls
115x4
95x8

Hammers
40x10
35x10x2

well i re did my %'s so there 90% of my max like the program says to do,everything felt good today..
