Before i started working out i couldn't eat much either but once i started working out 3-4 times a week i would be physically exauhsted meaning i would need and wanted to eat something otherwise i would feel tired and fatigued. I managed to gain 15 lbs in 3 months eating between 500-1000 calories extra a day.
