I just wanted to add to the excellent stack suggestion that Sleazy posted that new users of Ephidrene should also not take it before they plan to go to bed. I learned that one from experience the first time I ever used the stuff LOL. I can still remember staring at my ceilling, contimplating if I'd wake anybody up if I started up some music and began re-modelling my house.

The question has to do with Yohimbe. Does anybody know if this stuff is banned in Cana-Duh? I've been reading about it for years, and I've just become interested in using it lately, but...I can't recall ever seeing it for sale anywhere. I swear though, I've seen it on the labels of some products with several things in it. Maybe I'm wrong. Ephedrine is not banned in Canada right now, but retailers are not allowed to sell it as a supplement or dietary aid. It has to be sold as a bronchial dialator. Funny, I didn't think my local supplement shop cared so much about my lungs and asthema. They have about 500 bottles on their shelf and you can buy them in cases of 12 bottles at a time for about 3 dollars a bottle. (around $2.25 US dollars)
