Eating a lot of protien is injurious to the kidneys and then liver.
BUT if people like me have really benefitted from it,i'll definetely take the risk.Is anyone as skinny as me around in the forum? kindly let me know so that i try to communicate with him.
any thing else besides PROTIEN? should it be a famous whey protein?
