yea something like that i think when i read the max ot thing they compared the workout of a sprinter (muscular generally) and a long distance runner (not nearly as muscular generally) and thats what they based it on as in with short running workouts u wont lose as much muscle mass oppose to a long distance runners 7 8 mile workouts. Im not sure if thats exactly the story but i remeber something like that
