Like I said, to each his/her own, but if it was me, I'd spend the money on bulk fish oil caps, I take six a day, so that will last me 167 days.

On a side note, I've seen nothing thus far that would convince me that you need more then 6g of regular old fish oil a day. Even Lyle Mcdonald, the king of supplement skeptics advocates that dosage.
