Why not follow the directions?

Cortisol peaks when you wake and again in the early afternoon. That should tell you something about when to take the Retain.

It doesn't matter if you take it immediately before a workout or after or whatever. Just follow the directions on the other stuff. AX is one of the better supp companies IMO...at least as far as that category is concerned.
