What plan? Just box Squats for today? I was gonna do that but then I thought perhaps what you said might work for me might actually work for me and I did deads too. I did hit 365 again. And then I failed at 385. I couldn't get it off the floor. Other than that I had increases in everything, E.
Deadlift: 0 lbs increase
Box Squat: 30 lbs increase
Military Press: 15 lbs increase
Broad Jump: 2 inch increase
Pull-up (with BW included): 10 lbs increase
Body Weight: 20 lbs increase
What do you suggest I do, sir? Take some time off and try Deadlifts again on Wednesday?
