Just an FYI for ya hon, Splenda is not a zero calorie sweetener like they advertise it to be.
Refined white sugar runs 4 cals per gram. Splenda (and almost all store bought sucralose off-brands) runs about 3 cals per gram.
Splenda is 'fluffy' because the manufacturers add maltodextrin to the pure sucralose powder, creating more volume to make it even in sweetness to the same weight of pure sugar. That's where the cals come from.
So if you're trying to low carb it, and you're using Splenda, keep in mind that those carbs/cals add up pretty quick.
