i did somewhere over 200 push ups on sunday. i lost count cause i just kept going. i toook off yesterday and i did some shoulder and back work today. do you think it woul dbe to soon to go for 5 beans tomorrow?. i dont feel warn out just yet. or should i just wait to tsee how i feel tomorrow? any thoughts?
