Doing a 5x5 and keeping all that cardio and the MMA could prove to be a bit heavy, at least for me... My tip would be to try it, and if you have enough time to recover in between stick to it..
I've been getting great results by doing a little cardio every day, capoeira for a couple of hours once or twice a week and a five day weight lifting split (quite like the one you can find at musclehack)..
