Default newbie NEED HELP

Hey im 6'2 i weigh 200 lb's. . . I simply wanna be able to go to the beach and take off my shirt, six pack, big shoulders, chest ect. I really have a bad eating habbit though, If someone could give me an idea for a diet thatd be awsome, i have a lot of fat on my stomach and chest, (not too much, just more than i'd like), i simply want cut, I dont really care about strength just want a nice body. I can only bench 150, Im a big dude, Just want cut. . . oh and another thing. . i hate running. . so please if one of you guys could give me an idea of a workout rutine and a diet that'd be very much appreciated. . thanks ~trevor
