dead bug is an ab exercise designed to fix anterior pelvic tilt. which is what i have

basically, lay on your back.....knees at 90...flex your abs so your lower back flattens on the floor, then stick one leg straight out right above the floor. keep the lower back on the floor throughout the whole set. switch legs, repeat.
prone cobras are for scapula..static holds...pretty tough too.
