yea u can run everyday if u want maybe in the morning it would be best since your body is in a fasted state then at night u can do pushups, sit ups, dips between chairs, throw a broom stick over the back of 2 chairs and do rows, these are all just excersices using your bodyweight though once u get comfortable with these then go out and join a gym or u can just skip these exercises and head straight for the gym but until u find a good one where u want to work out these will be okay to get yourself familiar with workouts your gunna be doing with real weight
