im the bloke from the other post "new routine" with the bung knees.
I weigh 75-80 it varies, im 19 just about 20 and i've been lifting for about 2-3 years seriously. When i say seriously i mean actually making progress n not just going to gym n fucking round, not serious as in im aiming to be a body builder etc..
Im fairly happy with where im at at the moment, im a footy/soccer player and play quite a few other sports so im not aiming to get huge, just to put on a bit more muscle and more strength in my legs, which once again is hard cos of me bung knees etc.
I'm after a new routine because im sick of my old one and feel like a change
