and as for the squats, deads and bench
Max on bench is about 100kg, bit more
Squats: wouldn't have a clue, it's a struggle to be able to them often with my knees and therefore nothing impressive, legs are a real weak point due to this and not being able to train them intensely during the season.
Deads: As for my max i'm not too sure, I'm doing sets of about 80-90 kgs atm so i would guess about 100+, ive done sets of 100 before but yeah not in a while
