so i revised the original routine to:

Mon - Chest
Tues - Back
Wed - Shoulders
Thurs - legs
Fri - arms

this way i'm not doing chest and shoulders consecutively and the tri's get a rest before shoulders and before smashin em at the end of the week

what you guys reckon?
