Oh, good. Then you just have to work on the flexibility of the hams to do it on the ground. That's "active" flexibility and the best way to do it is just do it. You can do some dynamic hamstring work before but of course you wouldn't want to do long static hamstring stretches because you need your hams to be awake in order to actually do the squats.
