thanks man,yea i was feeling REALLY good so i just went all out and did a little bit of higher than normal volume tonight lol,i like how jim wendler sets it up doing higher volume on ME days and lower on DE days..I was gonna do 5x5 with pull ups cause i wanna add weight and see how i progress on them..
