Yea man out of canada for good.
I have started my deload phase of 5x5 so I pretty much do 3x3 (2x) week.
Parents insist that I cut down, and I agree. Packed on way too much chubb over the bulk.
Would love your suggestions. I am not looking forward to losing strength.
