The powercage is abit narrow. The bodysolid half rack is plenty wide enough though. Other than that you could look for a wider powercage but the dollars go up.

I've always just had a half-rack which is wider and that has served me just fine. Of COURSE a power cage has advantages for really advanced stuff like if you want to put bands overhead or something like that....but it's high enough to do most "common" stuff and with creativity you can overcome.

Oh and I'm glad that the speed work following me worked out for you. It's really just facilitation. But I would point out that it may not hold true for everyone all the time. It's like anything..you try it and if it works it works. If it don't, it don't. I actually do well either way but my body responds particularly well, I think, to cns intensive stuff versus volume stuff.
