Leg Press: 4 45's and a 10 per side, up a few
DB press: 70lbers, keep
DL: 1x3x355, 5 min off, 1x8x305, ow.
Pullups: 1x22, not much time so I didn't do weighted stuff
Dips: 2x9x60
Bi/abs: done
