Default Not a diet sandwich...but yummy

Tried making a sandwich that I buy once in a while from an Italian Deli. ($9.99) I think the dip makes it.

French bread loaf or Italian loaf
procuitto or good deli ham
fresh mozzarella
jar of Roasted red bell peppers

I like to make it putting the Roasted bells on bottom, then the procuitto or ham then the mozz. Drizzle just a little bit of the dipping sauce on the cheese. put the sandwich in a george forman grill or on a pan and make it as flat as you can. With the forman grill, just hold the grill lid dowm tightly. On a pan you can just use a smaller pan on top of the sandwich or?????. Once the bread starts to toast take it out and serve with the sauce. Yummm

Dip Sauce recipe (really easy to make)

1 cup extra virgin olive oil
2/3 cup aged balsamic vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS
In a bottle with a lid, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, kosher salt, and pepper. Seal bottle, and refrigerate mixture 8 hours, or overnight. Shake well before serving. Store in the refrigerator.
