Yeah I know. I've got a lot of muscle but it is just well camoflauged behind fat. I have a long way to go. Finding this website is really helping. I am learning new things from people who understand what I want to accomplish. People with the same goals. I am fairly solid and really good at lifting I guess I just need to hit cardio more. Thanks.
