anybody tried this yet? i saw it at the supp store the other day...and the guy said the sensational cinnamon roll tastes amazing. plus it's got fiber and lipids...still with the digestive enzymes and stuff for us lactose intolerant people
would it still be ok pre/post workout even though it's got some fat and fiber? BN has 6 pounds for dirty cheap...definitely thinking about it. what u guys think?
